BitMento™DSA (“we”, “us”) is a dedicated DSA learning vertical operated separately from BitMento™ main and BitMento™ Enterprise. This policy explains what we collect on dsa.bitmento.com and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash via Supabase Auth, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google); onboarding responses (goal, level, dream company, weak areas, timeline, preferred language); learning activity (module progress, quiz scores, chat messages with the AI mentor, challenge submissions, XP and streaks); and standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
2. How we use it
To personalise your course and AI mentor conversations, track your progress and gamification stats, generate certificates and stat cards, send essential account emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
Your onboarding answers, module content requests, and chat messages are sent to our AI infrastructure providers (one for conversation and generation, a separate one for embeddings only) to produce responses. These providers process the data solely to return a result to you and are bound by their own data-handling terms.
4. Data storage
All data is stored in a dedicated Supabase (PostgreSQL) project isolated from BitMento™ main and BitMento™ Enterprise, protected by row-level security so you can only access your own records.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, progress, and chat history.
