Refund Policy

Payments on BitMento™DSA are not yet enabled. Monthly and Annual plan pricing shown on the site is indicative ahead of launch. This policy will govern refunds once payments go live.

Once payments launch

You'll be able to request a full refund within 7 days of a Monthly or Annual purchase if you haven't unlocked and completed more than one paid module. Refund requests after that window, or after substantial use of paid features, are handled case by case.

How to request one

Refund requests will be handled through your account settings or by contacting support@bitmento.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free plan

The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to this policy.
